Reporting to Principal HR Advisor, you'll will have the opportunity to provide advice and support across a wide range of human resource functions, ensuring alignment with legislation and departmental policy. You will be part of a collaborative team of experienced HR practitioners and will have the opportunity to support a range of projects across all disciplines within the HR function including Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Selection, and Learning and Development.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice, particularly within the Queensland Public Sector.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and integrity
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, adaptability, performance and productivity and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a respectful, supportive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.
