Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Page Group you will be responsible for things such as;
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities while building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients.
- Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Attracting top talent through utilisation of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to attract talent - including developing and releasing job postings & suing social media.
- Screen, qualify, interview and manage candidates through the interview and offer process, offering guidance to clients to help them secure their preferred candidates
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, new hiring managers, and other customer relationships
- Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment or sales is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with job boards, databases, and management systems

- The ability to handle adversity and rejection
