Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 1-2 days WFH

We are seeking a professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This role replaces the outgoing EA and offers a unique opportunity to contribute at the executive level.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Advisor, you'll work closely with the CEO, providing essential administrative and coordination support. The role demands flexibility, strong communication skills, and confidence working with C-Suite executives, board members, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Executive-level diary management and prioritisation of engagementsCoordination and preparation of board papersOrganising weekly Executive meetings (shared among a team of ~5 EAs)Taking minutes and distributing accurate documentation in a timely mannerSupporting external stakeholder meetings, including with Members of ParliamentLiaising with internal departments and external partnersPreparing reports, presentations, and briefing materialsCoordinating events and meetings across multiple sitesMonitoring progress on key projects and ensuring timely follow-upSupporting travel logistics and occasional recruitment or procurement tasksAbout You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Proven experience supporting a CEO or executive at C-Suite and board levelStrong organisational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressureConfidence managing dynamic workloads and working across sitesFlexible and professional approach to stakeholder engagementProficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong administrative systems knowledgeWorkplace Environment
