Description:
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organised at all times.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparation.
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally with exposure to accounts receivable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Conditions:
- $60,000 plus Super
- Permanent, full-time role in East Perth with convenient access to public transport.
- Supportive team environment with room for professional growth.
- Monday - Friday, 7AM - 330PM (working to AEST) / come summer, working hours are 6AM -230PM
