Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and on boarding candidates.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and strategies.

Requirements:

A successful Recruitment and HR Officer should have:

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Not For Profit or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary package between $80,000 and $100,000.
