Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, and on boarding candidates.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and strategies.
Requirements:
A successful Recruitment and HR Officer should have:
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Not For Profit or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
