  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

A successful District Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis.
  • Experience with gas, safety, PPE is desired
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the Altona North market is an advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications in sales, business, or a related field.
