Description:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

A successful Sales Team Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Conditions:

  • Competitive salary package ranging from $85,500 to $95,000 + super.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of up to $150,000 AUD.
  • Permanent role based in Brisbane CBD - in office role.
