Description:
- A Providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless program delivery
- Preparing and managing reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and databases in line with organisational standards
- Coordinating meetings, including agendas, minutes, and scheduling
- Handling internal and external enquiries professionally and promptly
- Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and general administration
- Ensuring adherence to Public Sector policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative or program support roles (Public Sector experience highly regarded)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Confidence using office software such as Word, Excel, and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships
- Knowledge of Public Sector processes (advantageous but not essential)
Conditions:
- Hourly pay rate between AUD 45.00 and AUD 51.00.
