Description:

The Senior Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

  • Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a Group level
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Pricing reviews, analysis and partnership with ops, sales, marketing
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
  • Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems.

Requirements:

A successful Senior Group FPA Analyst should have:

  • Background in audit an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role at a Group level
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred).
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
  • A thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
