Description:
The Senior Group FP&A Analyst will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a Group level
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Pricing reviews, analysis and partnership with ops, sales, marketing
- Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems.
Requirements:
A successful Senior Group FPA Analyst should have:
- Background in audit an advantage
- Experience in a similar role at a Group level
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred).
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively.
- A thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
