Description:
- Drive the implementation of the organisations destination marketing strategy through integrated seasonal initiatives and year-round campaigns.
- Oversee the full campaign life-cycle, from strategic planning and briefing through creative development, media strategy, production and multi-channel launch across paid, owned and earned platforms.
- Craft compelling narratives and content aligned to priority experience themes, including food and beverage, arts and culture, retail, nature and major events.
- Maximise the effectiveness of owned assets - such as the website, social platforms, digital displays and print collateral - to extend reach and audience engagement.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign results, using data-driven insights to refine approach and enhance future performance.
- Administer and monitor the campaign budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and campaign management within the public sector (advantageous)
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
