Description:

  • Support HR administration across a varied and dispersed workforce
  • Prepare, review and issue employment contracts and documentation
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly HR reporting requirements
  • Maintain HR records and contribute to improving processes
  • Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate employee data
  • Provide support to managers across multiple locations
  • Coordinate HR queries and follow up outstanding actions



Requirements:

  • Strong HR administration experience with confidence managing day‑to‑day HR tasks
  • Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable liaising with a mix of corporate and remote operational teams
  • confident managing varied stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling contracts and reporting
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
  • Experience in the agriculture sector is a bonus
  • Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
