Description:
- Support HR administration across a varied and dispersed workforce
- Prepare, review and issue employment contracts and documentation
- Assist with monthly and quarterly HR reporting requirements
- Maintain HR records and contribute to improving processes
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate employee data
- Provide support to managers across multiple locations
- Coordinate HR queries and follow up outstanding actions
Requirements:
- Strong HR administration experience with confidence managing day‑to‑day HR tasks
- Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable liaising with a mix of corporate and remote operational teams
- confident managing varied stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and experience handling contracts and reporting
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience in the agriculture sector is a bonus
- Adaptable, organised and able to manage competing priorities
